Shipping proceedure
1. Once the payment is confirmed an invoice will be created and the order is visiable under your account.
2. Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days from pay date.
3. A tracking number will be updated on buyers Paypal transaction details and on your HOTMID account, under My Ordres.
4. In most cases the percel can be tracked online first after 4 working days from the order date. 

Hong Kong Registered Air Mail / EMS
It normally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive at most destinations worldwide, although there are variances which may go up to 4 weeks. For reliable express shipment, you can choose courier option as your shipping option during checkout. 

DHL / Fedex
For courier delivery our official courier partners are DHL and FedEx. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Note:
1, If your order is a phone, don't select the DHL / FedEx shipping method, Because of the battery.
2, Please check your delivery address whether is our of DHL / FedEx delivery arrange, if then we will change to registered ail parcel or EMS.

Tax and Duty
Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase.
